Meeting Rooms

Baker’s Sunset Bay Resort has two spacious event rooms ready for your next celebration, meeting, or game day party. Equipped kitchens, wifi service, tables, and seating. Did we also mention you’re welcome to bring in your own outside food and beverage or caterer? That’s practically unheard of when it comes to event venues, not to mention it’s a terrific way to save!

Canyon Room
Delton Room

Canyon Room

This is our newest and largest event space, featuring a double-sided indoor and outdoor gas fireplace with a wall-mounted TV and accommodates up to 80 people. A covered walk-out patio and a grilling area provide additional seating for 30 people.

Delton Room

Located on the lower level of the main resort building this space can accommodate up to 40 people. It offers a private restroom and wall-mounted TV ready for any movie, sports game, or presentation.

“Just had my daughter’s first birthday party there last weekend and it was the best. The room we had it in was beautiful! Perfect size, great location, super clean, patio area, attached to an arcade. Just amazing. We also stayed at the resort and it’s so super nice. Everything is so well kept and clean and the location is so awesome! Seriously great place to stay in the Dells!!!!!!”

“We just had a family reunion at Baker's Sunset Bay Resort. Family came from all over the United States. It worked well and everyone had a great time!! The Canyon Room worked great as a gathering room for meals, games, etc. There is so much to do at the resort and in the area, that everyone should find something they enjoy. We liked the campfire at night with entertainment, having kayaks available at no charge, nice pools and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will hopefully be back!”
