Baker's
Sunset Bay Resort is family owned and operated. Open
year-round, we are situated on nearly five acres of
beautifully maintained grounds. Sunset Bay overlooks
beautiful Lake Delton. We have many different room types
for you to choose from. Our large sandy beach will be a source of
entertainment and fun for the kids. (Your children will
be amazed when they find real seashells in the sand!)
Choose a regular suite, mini suite, lakeside suite,
beach front suite, deluxe room, cottage, two room duplex
or Jacuzzi suite. With several types of accommodations
available at Sunset Bay, we hope to suit the needs and

CONTINENTIAL BREAKFAST:
Consists of donuts, juice, coffee and Donuts, juice,
coffee and toast is
included free of charge to all of our guests.
There is no cereal or milk.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposits are due seven days after your reservation has
been made. A one night deposit is required. Weekly
rentals will require a $300.00 deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival
date for a full refund (less a $25.00 service charge).
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival
date will forfeit entire deposit.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due upon arrival. Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and Personal Checks are accepted. All rates subject to
change without notice!
PET POLICY
After years of allowing pets during our "off season" and
having such good feedback, we have now become pet
friendly all year round!
Your pets are welcome at Sunset Bay in designated pet
friendly rooms. There is a $10 per pet, per day, charge.
Upon you and Fifi or Fido's arrival, you will receive a
little treat bag for your pet and instructions as to
where you can walk your pet. Please see the
Pet
Contract that outlines our requirements.

Thurs,
Fri and Sat are considered weekends. A $10 extra
charge, per day, will be charged on all rooms, mini
suites and cabins. A $20 extra charge, per day,
will be charged on all family suites and duplexes.

Rates
vary for special events and holiday weeks.
Thursday, Friday and
Saturday, add $10.00 per night for rooms, mini suites
and cabins, $20.00 per night duplexes and suites. The cottages and duplexes are non-lakeside
and may require a minimum night stay. They have a
very limited availability. In-room phones in all units,
except cottages. 10% discount for 7 or more nights stay
in rooms and suites. Extra person charge of $10.00 per
night, includes cot or crib. All rates subject to change
and will include an 11%
tax.
